What’s going through your mind today?
I love…
I wonder what I’ll get…?
I think I’ll wear…
Where will we go to celebrate…?
I hope I get…
Nobody loves…
I hope today is ‘the’ day…
Why can’t I find someone…?
I have no money to…
What happened to…?
I used to…
What’s wrong with me…?
Who needs love?
She’s not…
He’s too…
I’m so…
Valentines day is so…
Who cares…?

Valentines Day can be filled with loving thoughts, actions and plenty of expectations, materialism, judgment, criticism; blame, anger, sarcasm, disappointment. The list goes on.
Or, it can shine a light on LOVE in its purist form.

How do you view this day?
When you wake up on Valentines Day what, if anything, has changed?
What makes Valentines Day special or should I say who makes it special?

Valentines Day can be a reminder and an opportunity for you to greet this day and every day, with love in your heart.

With love in your heart, the search for love may diminish and the needs for it subside.
If you chose to see the world from a place of love, what would it look like?
How would you feel?
How would someone looking at your face describe it?
How would you act and react?
What would you say about yourself if you had love in your heart?
How would you treat your body?

On this Valentines Day my hope for you is that you choose to view your world through the lens of love and experience all it has to offer.
